All BEZ EXPRESS products are handcrafted to order. Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support@bezexpress.store or message us on WhatsApp: https://wa.me/17067940237] with photos of the damage. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
